Medland Manor is a small estate sited between Exeter and Okehampton on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The present owners, Christine and Peter Benjamin, bought the property in 1996 as a “retirement hobby”, and have substantially improved the house and gardens since then. Looking to their less able old age they have built a contemporary single storey house in the walled garden. This has been filmed for the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs.

During the construction and to complement the house, the Coastal Grey Channelled deck system incorporating the patented ‘TY’ hidden fastener was chosen and supplied by Environmental Composites Ltd (Correctdeck) Telford.

The decking material is Hardwood / Polypropylene, mixed 60% Hardwood / 40% Polypropylene and is the hardest wearing composite available.

We are pleased to be associated with Medland Manor and hope both Peter and Christine gain many years enjoyment from their hard work in developing this beautiful house in a very beautiful part of England. We would also like to thank them for choosing our product and wish them all the best for the future.
